Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through university's career website, got a 1st round on-campus interview 3 weeks later; the interviewer were all analyst with a few years' experience but sort of green on recruiting; three back to back interview with three different analysts; half behavioral and half case-based; Enjoyed most parts of the interview; but when I was interviewing with the third one and working on the case, the interviewer seems distracted and was looking at his phone for several times.
