1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round campus interview. 2nd round at Deloitte Headquarter in Houston. 3 1-on-1s with a 2nd year analyst, a senior manager and a director. questions are mostly behavioral with probably 1-2 technical questions on DCF analysis. was taken to lunch after the interview and I think that part wasn't any less in importance compared to the interviews. offers and rejection letters were sent out 2 weeks later
