Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had to do a 1:1 phone interview. The phone interview consisted of a vocally given case study talking about how to improve efficiency of airports. The interviewer then asked other basic questions about the case and what I would do in that situation. Then there was another 30 minute interview immediately after, which was only behaviorals. A week later, I got a response to do a round 2 interview, and this time it was over zoom with the exact same format. I was not asked to do any calculations, just graph/chart explanations.
