Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first step is to do an online assessment, which has behavioural questions and some numerical questions.
The next step is Job Simulation, which is supposed to be like a workday at Deloitte. It consists of numerical questions based on basic A-level stats and Graph Interpretation. It also includes verbal comprehension and estimates. Finally, it has a few video questions and one email.
The last step is an assessment Centre with a 1-1 interview and a group case study. The interview is more competency-based, and one easy question is based on guesstimates like bikes in Ireland, and the group exercise, be confident, speak up, and try to lead if you know what you are doing to solve the problem.
