1) HR phone call: motivation
2) Group interview: had to make a presentation with 4 other people on a specific topic. There was always someone from HR listening to the group discussion so make sure you contribute but also listen to others and try to involve everyone.
Director interview: FIT questions

Both director and partner were very nice and just wanted to see level of motivation and fit with the team
