Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was long and drawn out. The first step was the online application and numerical/verbal reasoning tests, followed by an e-tray exercise (simulated email inbox where one had to accurately 'deal with' incoming emails), followed by a super-day interview which included two group exercises and 3 one-on-one interviews. After being successful through all of this, I had a two-on-one final interview with a Partner and Director from the team I would be joining
