- second round of similar tests
- Job simulation
- 1 hour virtual skype interview with AD. This interview was mostly competency and behaviour based. Could make the interview as technical or least technical as you would like it to be. Very simple questions were asked e.g. what is a CVA, walk me through why a company might need our services and basic fit questions
