Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I initially found Deloitte Corporate Finance through the Career Center at my school, and went through a first-round phone interview with them. After that, I was invited to what was described as a networking dinner off-campus, but ended up being their way to make the 2nd round cuts for their interview process. It was a great chance to meet a lot of guys from the firm and learn more about them. The next day, I got a phone call inviting me to a Superday at their office. The Superday was longer than most (8:30am to 2:30pm) and was almost entirely fit-based questions from almost everyone in the office. Overall a great experience and it seems like the firm is just looking to find people who fit in best with their culture.
