Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was an on campus interview with two different interviewers. The second round was an "office visit", and there were three different interviewers: one senior manager and two partners. I started with the senior manager and instead of him asking me questions, he asked me to ask him questions. This last for like 15 minutes and then he started to take charge. All interview questions are behavioral.
