M&A Analyst

1st Phase:
Phone conversation with a recruiter, she explained the interview process, checked my English (quick conversation), told me more about the teams that are recruiting and asked me the following questions:

- Why Deloitte?
- What's your motivation?
- When can you start?
- When are you available for an interview?

2nd Phase:
I was sent a task via email that required me to prapare a 5 slide investment teaser on publicly listed Polish TMT company.

3rd Phase:
Interview with the HR and 2 managers, mostly behavioural questions. I was also asked about my studies, I had to tell them what was taught in each of the courses I mentioned in my resume. Moreover, they asked me what is EBITDA and how does 400m increase in Amortisation influence the three statements.
