Strategy and Operations intern

Began talking to the firm at my campus career fair. Interviews were a few weeks later - on campus. The first round was 30 minute behavioral, 30 minute case. The behavioral was very standard, conversational. The interviewer was trying to determine if I would be a good fit for Deloitte and their company culture. Be sure you have a very solid answer for "why consulting" and "why deloitte". The case afterwards was very straight forward. I found it easy and I had not studied many cases before. There was a lot of math, which is a pro for me. They called me back that night to let me know I had a second round. It was a 2-1 case interview, the partner was giving the case and my behavioral interviewer from the day before was taking notes on a computer of what I would say. This case was a much higher level, much harder and it took me by surprise since the day before was pretty straightforward. Both cases were interviewer led. This one also had a lot of math. My perceptions of the firm were very good, very welcoming fun smart culture.
