Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was totally painless (something I cannot say about other firms I applied for). Two on-campus interviews conducted within 24 hours of each other. Day one consisted of one (VERY easy) 30-minute case interview followed by a 30-minute personal interview that was a very comfortable, pleasant conversation (mostly about strategies to make the best use of Big Data, which is not my specialty but just a subject I'm interested in). Day two consisted of a 45-minute case interview with two partners. It was a much more complex case than day one but I never felt uncomfortable or overly pressured. Quant was very basic (percentages and some adding). Received an offer a few days later and accepted.
