Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my resume through my University's career website after which I was invited for an on-campus interview. The on-campus interview was pretty straightforward - I was mostly asked questions based of my resume. It was pretty easy-going and very conversational. Next I was called in to their Chicago office for an on-site interview. We had a pre-interview dinner the night before our interviews where we got to meet current employees and some partners. On the interview day, they took all the candidates to a conference room and gave a short presentation on Deloitte. Then each of the interviewee was assigned to a current Deloitte employee (more specifically, a recent graduate who'd been in our shoes a few months ago). These guys were really supportive and encouraging and mostly helped us answer any last minute questions an navigate through the office. I had 3 interviews with 2 partners and 1 managing director. Each interview lasted approximately 25-30 minutes (they were mostly behavioral) after which all the candidates were taken to lunch. I received a phone call with a verbal offer that evening.
