Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through my school's career page and was called for a first round interview a few weeks later. A group of employees (All from McColl Partners) later came to campus and took us out to dinner. The next day, they invited several of us at the dinner to a Super Day that same week in Charlotte. Super Day consisted of roughly 15 interviews, each with one or two employees from analysts to managing directors lasting 20 minutes. Very behavioral and everybody was very nice.
