Summer Intern

Very smooth process that lasted less than a month. I submitted my resume via on campus recruiting and received an email a few days letter to set up a time for an interview on campus. The night before the interview Deloitte hosted a reception for all the students interviewing for positions in accounting, finance, and technology at a local restaurant. Everyone was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. First round was purely fit based and consisted of two 30 minute interviews. Really focused on integrity and challenges you have faced in the past. A week after the first round interview I received an email to set up a time to visit their office for final round interviews. About two weeks later I went and interviewed at their office in Arlington, VA. Interviews were basically fit and focused on why professional services, why deloitte, why financial advisory services, etc. Consisted of 4 thirty minute interviews.
