summer intern

An employee referred me for this position though it was for undergrads. I am a first year MS student. I still received a phone screen. The phone interviewer was very professional, he was a Sr. manager on the team I was pursuing. The conversation was all fit. Then on the same day I received an on-site interview and was flown in two weeks later. The three 1-1 interviews were almost all fit and interviewers were very professional. Two weeks later I got a call and said they decided to move on with two other candidates.
