Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied for the spring insight program of Deloitte in 2014 and got fast tracked to the interview process of the summer internship. Did one numerical test and one e-tray for the spring week. There were supposed to be two interviews on one day: a group work and a case-competency combined interview. But as they found that they were running out of time, the group work was cancelled for all groups except the first group. As Deloitte has changed their competency questions this year, the interviewer seemed quite lost in asking questions and the questions were pretty weird.
