Summer Internship

The hiring process was very well structured. Initially applied for the spring week program and participated in it. At the end of spring week we were told that we would be fast racked to the summer internship which will take place in a month's time. Necessary material was given about specific division which can also be found in the website.

Interview itself was very relaxed. 1-1 zoom interview lasting an hour with a senior in your chosen division. Questions were mainly competency to see how you would handle tasks and only 1 or 2 technicals about chosen area. Then 2 case studies, which I was given around 5 minutes to prepare answers for pre-set questions, to see how I would think. Interviewer was very friendly and re-assured me throughout the process. Was told I was going to have to wait around a month or so to hear back, but heard a back just under 2 months which was fine really, as communication was consistent over email. Overall 9/10 interview experience.
