After review of CV and letter, if successful, online numerical tests; phone introduction; e-tray; then finally assessment day, with group interview+debate, 1to1 fit interview with a consultant, preparation on case study, 1to1 presentation of the case + fit interview with manager, and finally meeting with partner to consolidate the decision.
