Please describe the interview / hiring process.
About one month after I applied online I got a phone call from HR. In this phone interview they briefly discuss your resume, interest in Deloitte and test your language skills (Dutch, French and English). After the formal interview you get to choose the department you're the most intresested in. If this initial interview goes well, they'll invite you over to Deloitte's offices.
The interview consists of two rounds. The first round is with the TAS HR recruiter. These questions are pretty basic HR questions to test your personality and fit. My second round was with a director from the advisory department in which he briefly explained what the department does and what your role would be. He asked some questions about my interests in finance and asked me to walk him thourgh my resume.
About 3 weeks later I recieved a positive phone call.
