What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred by an employee and went into the office for interview process, which was 3 partners and 1 senior manager. After the in-office interviews, went with another candidate and two senior associates to lunch. Feeling I got was that they assumed technical background was fine, given my MBA background and involvement with a student managed fund. It felt like they were looking for fit and someone with drive.
