Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st stage - CV & Motivation Letter Screening
2nd stage - Korn&Ferry Online Assessment test (very difficult - took me about 3 hours total to finish, consists of math, logic, reading, psychological, and motivational tests)
3rd stage - HireVue (some questions:
-What is your greatest achievment to date?
-What positive change did you have on lives of others?
-What 3 words do you think your friends would use to describe you?
-Why EBRD?
-Tell me about yourself
-What's your motivation to join the International Professionals Program (IPP)?
-What are your strengths and weaknesses?
-How have you coped in the past with meeting multiple deadlines approaching at the same time?
4th stage (LAST) - 1-day Assessment Centre with both individual and group case studies, and a motivation/behavioural interview.
