First step was CV + cover letter screening.

Second step was an online assessment. Somewhat similar to other tests done by other banks, except with more answer options (18 I think).

Third round was a pre-recorded interview with all motivational questions. "Tell us about a time you made a difference in someones life", "Why EBRD?", and typical introduction questions.

Last round is an in-person assessment in London in their office.

Applying for the IPP was straightforward through the EBRD website. The first round is a series of video questions each applicant has to reply to online remotely. If successful, the applicant is invited to London for an assessment day, in which they are expected to do a case study and present it individually as well a leadership group assignment.
