I got an email one month and a half after my application. Panel interview followed by a modeling test and a second panel interview. the 1st panel gathered 3 interviewers (head of country and two associate directors) and discussed behavioral and my knowledge and experiences about the country. Then I did a modeling test 1 week after for a solar project. THe last panel was with the head of country and the direct supervisor as a fit interview after 3 weeks.
Interview Questions
I prepared myself well, so all the questions were expected, but asked in a different way. The tought one was to explain how to manage an analyst based on all the requirements and the remote discussions with other colleagues.

Applied online, got an email with an excel test and a basic accounting test around 4 weeks later. Tests are very basic and easy but they need to be finished quickly. 3 interviews followed. 1st was 2 senior guys, 2nd was 3 seniors, and the final one was a 1-1 with the line manager.

Second step was an online assessment. Somewhat similar to other tests done by other banks, except with more answer options (18 I think).

Third round was a pre-recorded interview with all motivational questions. "Tell us about a time you made a difference in someones life", "Why EBRD?", and typical introduction questions.

Last round is an in-person assessment in London in their office.

Applying for the IPP was straightforward through the EBRD website. The first round is a series of video questions each applicant has to reply to online remotely. If successful, the applicant is invited to London for an assessment day, in which they are expected to do a case study and present it individually as well a leadership group assignment.
