Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed on campus with a partner in EY's FSO division. Very conversational, talked about my resume and what the FSO does. He indicated that I would probably get a second round. I had to complete a writing sample (extremely easy, 45 minutes to write about why EY's product is their people). Then went to the superday, which consisted of a case study (nothing like the MBB type cases I prepared for; given 3 pages of information, read over it for 5 minutes, then was asked questions by the interviewer). Had two more behavioral interviews. I was expecting pointed questions, but again it was conversational (nothing like "what is your greatest weakness?" or anything like that). One interviewer focused on teamwork while the other talked about moving up in the firm and whatnot. Both interviewers talked to me as if I already had the position and were extremely impressed with my resume. In retrospect I was probably overqualified and should've explored more companies before committing to this, but this was difficult seeing as how they recruit interns in October. After the superday, the greeter took me and another candidate out for coffee and answered any more questions we had. A week later I got an offer.
