General Interview Information
Interview Details
2) In person: Two back-to-back interviews, 30 minutes each. Very behavioral, with questions drilling deep into past experience. The questions that drilled deeply got technical, and you were asked to explain in "layman's" terms as the nature of consulting requires us to communicate complex knowledge to your average person.
3) Phone interview with practice lead: Very behavioral, and really challenged why I wanted to be at EY. Asked what I would do there to grow and improve.
