Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two phone interviews followed by two case studies. The first phone interviewer for my case was essentially just with the recruiter to get to know the firm and to introduce myself, then the second one was with an actual manager but even then it was still a behavioral type question. Only did the 3rd and 4th (most important imo) matter because it was with a SM or a Partner and those were case studies.
