Originally spoke with the recruiter for the position, who then passed me on to another recruiter who then set up a phone interview with a manager in the PI practice. We then spoke for about 45 minutes, alot of the interview was very relaxed, spoke about my University's basketball program, his undergrad experience a bit and what he has done thus far at EY. He also asked only behavioral questions, but he was really easy to talk to and seemed like he didn't mind talking with me on the phone.
