Assistant (Junior Consultant)

The interview process had the following structure:
1. On-line application & CV
2. Tests (numerical, logic, English)
3. Interview with HR
4. Interviews with managers (x3)
5. Interview with a partner

Managers tested communication and presentation skills, knowledge from the university (including applications of mathematical concepts in problems solving) and knowledge from previous job. Interview with the partner was similar, perhaps more focused on presentation.
During interviews I have been asked both things I am expected to know from the school and questions from the areas I never worked with. Managers were assessing my ability to work on new problems in new areas, to ask for additional information.
