Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two online virtual assessments. The first one is just a standard filtering test e.g. a few maths questions, a few motivational questions - pretty straightforward. The second one had video interview questions but, again, pretty straightforward. Then there was a group assessment centre - another maths tests, a written test, and finally group exercise. Ours was on sustainble projects, quite short at 45 minutes - assessors watch you discuss with no presenting back.
