Seemed like an abbreviated hiring process, went through veterans recruiting sources. A recruiter reached out to me after attending a military job fair, scheduled a phone screen the following week. Phone screen was mostly informational, trying to gauge what my background and interests were. Was flown to office in San Antonio for three interviews, one of which was a conference call with a partner. Questions were mostly all behavioral and fit questions, very easy and straight-forward. Heard back and received an offer after two weeks.
