Assurance Intern

I was reached out to by a campus recruiter. First was resume submission followed by an aptitude test, 1st round hirevue interview with 7 questions, and two 30 minute final round interviews. The hirevue asked standard questions ie) "Why the firm" and "Why this role" with a couple questions focusing on leadership qualities. The final round interviews did not ask for technical knowledge related to the position. I began the hiring process in late January 2021 and got a hirevue about 10 days after the aptitude test. My final round interview was scheduled for a couple weeks after my hirevue, and the whole process took about a month and a half.
