What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One 1on1 first round interview on campus. Lasted 40 minutes. Very conversational in nature, with some behavioral question-themes hidden within. Mostly talked about my experiences and I asked about his work, that is, the clients he worked with. The second round was two 1on1 interviews. Both partners. Very similar to the first round, both conversational. In general, if you're not at Deloitte, your interview should be conversational if you are doing it right.
