Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was very standard. I had an initial meet the firm social put on at my school, where I was able to strike up conversation with one of the Seniors and the Partner. This led to a zoom interview with my campus recruiter, a senior manager, and the partner. Most of the questions stuck closely to reviewing my resume. There were a few questions like "why this office," "why EY," and "why audit?" The EY office in Arkansas has been an incredibly friendly and laid back office. It is a smaller office which helps the work culture feel more relaxed and friendly than the larger offices are portrayed to be.
