Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Dropped my application for BAP program at OCS. Got the interview it was with a recruiter which I hate because almost all of my questions I ask at the end of the interview are centered around what type of projects do you work on? What has been your progression at EY? etc. Interviewer was very specific she would look at a certain organization or job I had and then ask me to tell her about about a time when I showed leadership during this activity. It was pretty difficult because it didn't allow for me to always give my go to answers, not that I think I performed poorly rather she was very specific. Also asked Why EY? Why FSO? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why consulting? Do you know what consulting is?
