Three interviews: first and third were behavioral and second was technical. All with partners.
First interview was very conversational and mostly just a talk about the state of the economy and my interest in consulting and business. Third interviewer had pre-written questions about my most challenging intellectual experience, a time when I was an effective leader, etc. Second interview was technical and about an acquisition of an online bank by a physical one.
