Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st interview was with a recruiter from the Columbus office. This was a 30 minute interview which only behavioral. If you've done a lot of practice and have a lot of good examples about working in a team, then this part shouldn't be too difficult. Once I was invited to the final round, I was given a 1 page writing sample to complete which was to give a SWOT Analysis of myself. The final round was 3 interviews, 2 were 45 minute behaviroal interviews that weren't too bad at all, same teamwork case. There was also a case. You get more than enough time for the case so just take your time and remember to seperate PPT (people, processes, and technology) to identify how each would be effected. Overall, if you prepare it shouldn't be too bad
