Applied to on campus interviews and heard back within the week. One on one interview with basic behavioral questions- covered resume, tell me about yourself, etc. After the interview I received an email saying that I had to complete a writing assignment that would help determine if I moved on to the next round. You were given a prompt and had to respond with your own opinion. The second round interviews took place over a month later in NYC. Two one on ones, pretty typical: why the firm, why BAP, what makes you a good fit, etc. There was then a 45 minute case study that really wasn't difficult. I think they make it up and all they want to see is that you go through a logical through process and have solid reasoning for your proposals.Got an offer the following week but declined for a competing one
