1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First interview was behavioral with a Senior Manager on campus. Very laid back. Second round was at the office I applied for. Two 1:1 interviews, one with a SM asking about prior work experience and situational questions, the other was with a partner. Also had to complete a case study and then present my recommendations to a SM. Short case and pretty straight forward.
