Business Advisory Program Staff

The first round of interview was in person on campus and the questions were all behavioral questions centered around why do I want to come to EY. The superday consisted of a presentation, 2 behavioral interview, 1 case study, then lunch afterwards with our greeters. The firm really tried hard to make the interview process as friendly and not intimating as possible and each interviewers tried to get the know the interviewee personality over focusing too much on technical questions.
