Business Valuation Intern

I first applied online and was invited for a hirevue. Pretty easy questions masked as long-worded questions, the basics were: why EY, what is your biggest goal for the future and how will EY help you achieve that, talk about a time you used an unconventional or creative approach to solve a problem, how do you ensure everyone in a team feels included (all these are paraphrased).

I was then called for the Superday which were three 30-minute back-to-back interviews, one technical and two behavioral. Technical was mostly surface level and just tested basic valuation concepts
