Emerging Leaders Program

Interviewer was an alum, and hosted a networking dinner the previous night for students to get to know the firm better. Students were chosen for interviews from OCR and from both professor and current student (who are incoming Staff 1s at EY) recommendations.

The interview lasted around 45 minutes each (1 on 1) and was very casual. The interviewer talked about her background for about 5 minutes or so (still very conversational) and then proceeded to ask two behavioral type questions. She asked about
1) a particular team experience
2) leadership experience

Both questions/answers were discussed for about 10 minutes each, after which she asked if I had any questions for her. My conversation with her after that took another 15-20 minutes.

All in all very relaxed and conversational as she was also an alum who frequently recruits at the school.
