Emerging Leaders Program

The interview was very laid-back. Basic behavioral questions.
Representatives came to campus to interview selected candidates for the program. Two 30-minute interviews. Very laid back. They asked me behavioral and resume questions. Just be yourself and be confident.

All easy questions. very conversational.
Applied online through my college career services website. Was invited to a little social before the day of the interview. Interviewed with one of the members from the Audit team. Interview didn't last too long. May have been because I had to change my major and no longer a fit for the audit team as an accountant. Heard back about few days later after the interview. There is a pre-night event before the interview where you can meet your interviewer next day and other professionals&former interns.
The interview is 1-1 and conversational based. Most questions are based on resume and why you are interested in accounting/EY.
