1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round on-campus in late September. I knew I was invited to the second-round right after (I actually knew the interviewer personally), but I wasn't informed till 3 weeks later. They simply had too many candidates. Second-round ( final round) was in Mid November. Very simple and basic process: one case interview, one behavioral by manager and one by partner-level.
