Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They called me to understand if I was really interested to the position. After the first brief call (10 min) they invited me to take an online assessment (SHL) composed by reasoning, logical and verbal parts. I passed the online test and got invited to Milan where I got interviewed by hr and by a Senior Manager. The whole process lasted 2 months.
