Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got the initial interview from on campus resume drop, invited to a pre-interview reception that was very nice. Only weird part was they had us do team activities such as a puzzle and to take a picture on campus. Team activities felt immature. I interview for NY but only sent CHI interviewers. Interview was entirely behavioral. Received 2nd round offer through referral from interviewer. Took ~3/4 weeks to hear back. NY office was not flexible in interview dates.
