Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My application was to the EY FSO area, which is consulting for the financial sector. I sent my application through the job bank of my university. I had 3 interviews in total. The first was a group session with 3 senior consultants from FSO EY. The first part of the interview consisted of telling them about me, and they double-clicked on everything. Precisely in my previous internship and in my extracurriculars. Then they made me a business case of problems presented by users of credit cards from a certain financial institution. Then there were two market sizing questions, not at all complicated, and finally two questions about me telling them about an occasion in which I had been a leader and another in which I had convinced someone about something. The closing of the interview were questions from me to them. The second interview was a week later and was with an Area Manager. This was quite a FIT, no business case, but he asked me about more technical things in the financial sector, since my previous internship had a lot to do with this sector. This Manager was super cool and relaxed, so it was easy to feel confident during the interview. Finally my third interview was with two FSO Partners. This was a lot about getting to know myself and my goals, my objectives, what encouraged me to join the firm, and well, a good part of the interview was them telling me why EY was the best company. They were also super friendly and at the close of the interview they basically let me know that I was already in. What took about two weeks was the final offer from EY after the third interview.
