Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, EY visited my school mainly trying to recruit people to their Ohio offices. I made it clear in my interview that I was interested in NYC. Shortly after, I received an email saying I made it to the next round for a spot with EY's FSO Advisory in NYC. I first had to do an online writing test: a 45 minute essay. I wrote the essay and then got an email saying they would fly me out to NYC (1st class) for a final interview.
In NYC, I had 3 interviews- two were mostly fit based and one was a case study on how I would help set up certain processes and controls for a new business. All interviews were one on one. I got the call with good news two days later. The people in the office did not seem to LOVE their jobs and knew very little about the people they work with.
