Graduate Associate

I received a call from EY Recruitment Team stating that I had been shortlisted for the Graduate role and have an interview after 3 days and there will be two rounds of interview, firstly a Manager round and second with a Partner. Followed by the call, I received a mail regarding the confirmation.
On the day of my interview at EY Dublin office, I had my first round of interview with a Manager and a Senior Manager. They started asking me with details about myself and then proceeded with questions which were asked during my application process. They asked several competency questions like why would I like to join EY and how would I be fit for the role. This interview lasted for 40 minutes.
My next round of interview was with a Partner. It went for 30 minutes. There were general questions about how I would handle different tasks and whether I had experienced any challenges in the past by providing examples.
The whole interview process was smooth.
