Starts off with multiple online tests - Logic, verbal and maths. Pretty straight forward you can practice online
Group assessment - got put in a group of 6 people, worked together to form a go-to-market strategy for an online retail company. Had two seniors silently take notes
Final one-on-one interview - did it with a senior manager, very friendly and conversational. Asked things like why EY, tell me about yourself followed by asking you to ask a better question (EY's motto)
